Brauwerkstatt Papieri

In the venerable halls of the old Biberist paper factory, we produce various types of beer with a lot of hard work and love. In addition to the 6 standard types (lager, American lager, IPA, wheat, pale ale and stout), we are always trying out new things. The experiments are only available in small quantities and for selected beer drinkers. We have already brewed alcohol-free beer, chestnut beer, gluten-free beer, corn beer, pine beer, high-proof RIS and more. After around 4 years, we are on experiment number 29. Of course, we won't reveal everything here :-)

Our experience is that tastes differ and trying is more important than anything else.
