The idea was born during a scorching summer when the palaces of several Bellerins were declared completely dried out.

A simple idea: to create a brewery where it would be good to brew the beers necessary for the survival of the local population.

An open brewery where motivated people could come together to work together on creating divine beverages!

This was followed by a first meeting of about fifteen people lured by a sulphurous message "Do you want to create a cooperative brewery in Bex or what? Then come and have a drink to talk about it" on the blue social network group so aptly named "You're from Bex if... (you drink)"

In two meetings, the die was cast! It would be a brewing COOPERATIVE called LA MINE to honor the world-famous site located at the top of the road where the future brewery will be located!

On Wednesday evening, September 7, 2016, the La Mine brewing cooperative was born!

His story is being written and everyone is invited to add a new chapter!
